Copyright and Licensing Statement

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, all authors are required to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement, transferring copyright to the Editorial Board of the Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology. The journal thereby retains the right to use the manuscript globally, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, compilation, distribution, translation, and information network dissemination. The journal may disseminate the article in various forms across databases and media platforms. Authors agree that their work will be published under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license for open access.

Authors and third parties may share the journal’s articles in accordance with the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license (e.g., by depositing them in institutional repositories) and may use them for other non-commercial academic purposes.

Archiving Policy

All articles published since Volume 1 (1986) have been archived in both print and electronic formats. Due to technical limitations, articles in 1986–1995 have yet to be uploaded to the journal’s website. To ensure data security, all information is backed up at the editorial office. Additional materials submitted by authors, such as supplementary data and tables, are archived by the editorial office. Full-text articles are also available for reading and downloading on databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and Chaoxing.

Publication Fees

The journal operates as a Diamond OA publication and charges no fees, including article processing charges (APCs) or page fees. For accepted manuscripts, authors will be notified via phone or email. Official correspondence will be sent from the journal’s email address: cjpt518@163.com. Please verify the authenticity of any communication to avoid fraud.
